{"id":3437,"date":"2020-02-17T11:52:11","date_gmt":"2020-02-17T08:52:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rodopirunners.gr\/?post_type=tribe_events&#038;p=3437"},"modified":"2025-10-21T07:50:55","modified_gmt":"2025-10-21T04:50:55","slug":"kanoni","status":"publish","type":"tribe_events","link":"https:\/\/rodopirunners.gr\/en\/events\/kanoni\/","title":{"rendered":"NYMFEA TRAIL RACES \u00ab17\u039a\u039c\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-12\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>The Nymfaia 17 km Mountain Race will take place on Sunday, November 16, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The start of the 17-kilometer race, with a positive elevation gain of 780 meters, will take place from the <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/xKxTu8HcdZQhqto98\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nymfaia Tourist Pavilion<\/a> 10:00 AM, with the finish also at the same location.<\/p>\n<p>The race route follows the circular course: Nymfaia Tourist Pavilion \u2013 Testing Grounds Base \u2013 Chapel of Saint George (Parharia) \u2013 Kanoni \u2013 Elevation 564 m (Flag) \u2013 and returns to finish at the Nymfaia Tourist Pavilion.<\/p>\n<p>The features of the run are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Distance: 17 kilometers<\/li>\n<li>Positive elevation gain: 780 meters<\/li>\n<li>The route consists mainly of paths<\/li>\n<li>There will be two (2) intermediate aid stations at the 9 km and 11 km marks.<\/li>\n<li>The valid termination time limit will be 4 hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">The registration opening date is set for September 10, 2025.<\/h4>\n<p>The participation fee is set at<strong> 20 EURO, <\/strong>including aid stations, electronic timing, medal, race bib, and the official technical race T-shirt.<\/p>\n<p>Registrations will be conducted exclusively online through the official website of the Rodopi Runners Health Club, www.rodopirunners.gr\n, and then redirected to the \u201cAthletopia\u201d application, using only a bank card. A registration is considered valid only after payment is completed, and participants will also be notified via a personal email from the application.<\/p>\n<p>All athletes aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Participation of minors (16 years and older) is possible only with parental approval and a formal declaration.<br \/>\nThe top three men and top three women in the overall category, as well as the top three men and women in the 50+ category, will be awarded.<br \/>\nAt the starting point, there will be a designated area for storing runners\u2019 personal belongings. The organizers bear no responsibility for any damage, theft, loss, etc. of personal items.<br \/>\nEach runner must fully acknowledge the risks involved in participating in the race and has full responsibility for their physical, medical condition and ability to participate.
